For most of my life, I operated in survival mode—constantly moving, building, and striving for something greater. At just 27, I launched my first tech company, and it took off successfully from day one. By the following year, I became a real estate investor. Over the next 20 years, I also built a solid career as a Business Consultant, serving both public and private sector clients. Along the way, I earned several technical certifications, including PMP, CSM, ITIL, and a wide range of professional development credentials. Life, by all outward measures, was good. I was thriving personally, professionally, and financially.

Then, at age 38, everything began to shift. I was diagnosed with Lupus—a chronic autoimmune condition that, over the next decade, became debilitating. By 48, my health had severely declined. Simultaneously, one of my largest real estate investments collapsed. I was losing money rapidly, and for the first time in my life, I didn’t have the energy to grind my way through it. I was physically unwell, mentally exhausted, and emotionally drained. Challenges seemed to multiply, one after another. I felt like I was on the brink of losing everything. Depression set in, and I was overwhelmed.

But in that difficult season, I made a conscious decision. I shifted my mindset. I stopped fighting and started surrendering—to peace, to faith, to a higher purpose. I chose to believe that something greater was ahead. And that single decision changed everything. When I led with peace and positivity, new doors opened. When I allowed doubt to creep in, I struggled. But when I acted in faith, even when the future seemed uncertain, I soared. That realization taught me one of life’s most powerful lessons: transformation begins within.

Rebuilding required me to transform every area of my life—my mind, body, spirit, and finances. I realized that many of my setbacks were rooted in complacency. I had become too comfortable, assuming the good seasons would last forever. But life doesn’t work that way. My breakthrough came when I accepted that growth is constant, and evolution is necessary. Life is about stretching yourself daily, becoming better each year, and leaning into discomfort to discover what you’re truly made of.

From that awareness, my Membership Coaching Program was born. I created it not just to help people reach a single goal, but to support them in hitting every goal—consistently and holistically. It’s not about discovering your purpose once and for all; it’s about rediscovering it as you grow, change, and evolve. When I embraced coaching fully, everything in my life shifted. It became my superpower. I became deeply invested in my clients’ journeys, and they began to experience powerful results—personally, professionally, and emotionally.

But I knew I needed to offer more than just guidance. That’s why I began incorporating Done-For-You (DFY) services—offering not just the what, but the how. My clients didn’t just leave with ideas; they left with implementation, momentum, and clarity. That’s when my coaching practice truly transformed—not just in impact, but in purpose.

In turning inward, I reconnected with my faith, rediscovered my passion for helping others, and found healing. I had always felt deeply for people navigating difficult seasons. But now, I understood something even more profound: life happens to all of us, and leveling up requires support—often at a deeper, more holistic level. That’s what coaching became for me. Not just a service, but a calling. I didn’t just study it—I lived it. I implemented it. And I watched as it changed the lives of those I served.

Today, my coaching approach is holistic yet practical. I don’t just talk people through change—I help them take real, transformative action. Because true growth isn’t about what you know; it’s about what you do with what you know. My mission is to help people rise, rebuild, and become the best version of themselves—again and again.
